We collect what we need to ship your package and keep you informed:

• Your account: first name, last name, email, and phone number.
• Receiver details: name, phone number, and delivery address.
• Package details: contents description, weight, and declared value.
• Basic site usage data to keep the site fast and reliable.

How we use it

We use your information to sign you in, accept and deliver your package, build and update your tracking timeline, send the notifications you have turned on, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

Signing in

You can sign in with a link sent to your email, or with a one-time code sent by SMS or on WhatsApp. We use your email and phone number for this only to confirm it is you.

Package notifications

When your package changes status, we can message you on WhatsApp and by email. WhatsApp messages are delivered through WhatsApp, so their handling of the message is also covered by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. You choose these channels in your profile and can turn them off at any time.

Sharing

We share only what is needed to move your package, such as the receiver name and address with the logistics partner handling that part of the trip. We may share information when the law or customs authorities require it. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can view and update your account details in your profile, choose your notification channels, ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email support@marceeparcel.com to make a request.

Keeping data safe

We protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational measures, and we keep it only as long as we need it to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
